By using our website, booking appointments, or receiving treatments at Face2Face Aesthetics, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Appointment Bookings and Services

2.1 Appointment bookings: We offer various aesthetics treatments, including but not limited to medical aesthetics, facials, dermal fillers, Neuromodular/Botox Treatments, Laser Hair Removal (IPL/SHR), Photofacials, and non-surgical procedures. Appointment bookings can be made online on our website or by contacting our customer service team directly.
2.2 Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to request and receive a treatment. If you are under 18, you must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
2.3 Consultation: Before any treatment, clients must undergo a consultation with our qualified medical staff. This consultation will assess your suitability for the desired treatment and address any concerns or potential risks.
2.4 Treatment execution: All treatments will be performed by licensed professionals using approved and safe techniques and products. We strive to achieve the best possible results, but individual outcomes may vary.
2.5 Treatment risks: While we take utmost care to minimize risks, every aesthetic treatment carries inherent risks. As a client, it is important to understand and acknowledge these risks before proceeding with any treatment. Should you be taking any medications or supplements, please advise our staff. Failure to notify us of any medications, supplements or other medical information needed at the consultation, is the responsibility of the client.
2.6 Results and expectations: While we aim to deliver desired results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes as they vary among individuals. Expected results, outcomes, and recovery periods will be discussed during the consultation process.
2.7 Payment: Payment for treatments can be made at the time of booking or on the day of the appointment, as specified during the reservation process. We accept cash, interact, credit cards, afterpay or other means of payment specified on our website.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

3.1 Cancellation policy: If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly request notifying us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment total and will be applied to your account. This amount must be taken care of before booking your next session.
3.2 Refunds: All treatments are final and absolutely no refunds will be given. If you have any concerns or are unsatisfied with your treatment, kindly discuss it with our staff during your visit or contact our customer service team.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

4.1 Information collection: We may collect personal and medical information from you in order to provide the best possible treatment. This data will be handled confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
4.2 Data security: We employ industry-standard measures to protect your personal and medical information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
4.3 Third-party involvement: We may use trusted third-party service providers to support our operations, but we will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with unauthorized third parties. Please review any third-party providers policies.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and content, belong to Face2Face Aesthetics. You are not permitted to use or reproduce any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent. Photos taken before, during or after the treatment at the studio by any one of our medical staff have the right to store and use these for educational, promotional and/or training purposes unless otherwise stated. You may decline photographs be taken during your treatment.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

While we strive to provide accurate and reliable information, Face2Face Aesthetics is not liable for any errors or omissions in the content of our website or any consequences that may arise from such errors.
